You can access the Forget Username and Forget Password functions via https://secure.uobam.com.sg/login?lid=uobam-invest-login. If you have entered your credentials correctly, you will receive an email informing on the next steps.

Kindly note that the password reset email expires in 24 hours. Simply request for another password reset should your previous request expires.

The main contact person for your company will receive email notification when your monthly statements or contract notes are ready for viewing. To retrieve these documents, login to your account and navigate to Documents >> Document Library.

Monthly statements are generated within 10 business days after the end of the month. We highly recommend that the main contact person have at least read-only access to retrieve the documents.

The semi-annual and annual reports for all UOBAM funds are available on our website at UOBAM.com.sg.

You can also request for a printed copy of UOBAM Fund’s semi-annual and annual reports by emailing your instructions to UOBAM Invest at UOBAMINVEST@UOBGroup.com within one month from the notification of the availability of the reports.

Your hardcopies will be delivered within 2 weeks from the date of request.

No, switching between Digital Adviser and Fund Direct or vice versa is not allowed.
